Lots of price increases
Entry rate was good. Rate increase immediately after and then again less than a year later. Way too expensive.

We had such a great experience with Storage Mart. The area is very clean and well maintained. It is also very secure. Mattie was beyond helpful, accommodating and extremely nice. Such a sweetheart.

Self Storage Units in Airdrie
The storage stall was fabulously clean!! The price is reasonable. The service way great! We were so happy to find this place at the last minute when we were unable to leave our items where we had originally planned. I just discovered that there are 2 Storage Marts in Airdrie, the one we went to is called, "Self Storage Units in Airdrie" It is at 285188 TWP Rd 270 SE.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They forced us to take insurance and when somebody broke into our unit and stole over $1,400 worth of property, their claims department only offered us $454! They have no cameras inside the facility. The security on weekends and evenings is non-existent. This is an awful, terribly run and corrupt business. If you value what you own DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I DO NOT RECOMEND storage mart!
I was with Extra Space which was bought out by Storage Mart. My personal insurance was not transfered from the bought out company, nor was it disclosed it didnt. These people are not transparent or clear with their policies. Rate increases and ridiculous fees to their customer service are just terrible.
Look else where, the stress and headaches are not worth it!

My items have been stored for only 10 months and everything is covered with a large amount of dusty DIRT at Storage…
My items have been stored at Storage Mart in Pleasant Valley for 10 months. ALL my items are covered with A TON of dusty dirt. They don't seem to care that this storage is not air tight from outside dirt.

From Parking Spot to Investment Portfolio (Except We’re the Ones Paying!)
Ah, StorageMart—where your outdoor, uncovered parking spot somehow appreciates in value faster than tech stocks in a bull market.
We’ve been renting the exact same piece of asphalt—no roof, no walls, no power, no nothing—since late November 2022. At the time, the monthly rate was $69.99. Fast-forward to today and we just received another rate hike: now $119.99/month. That’s a 71.5% increase in under two years.
For comparison:
The S&P 500 gained around 25% last year.
Gold is up roughly 13%.
Oil rose about 10%.
StorageMart? Apparently, unguarded rectangles of asphalt are the hottest-performing asset of the decade.
Their response to any complaint? “Storage units are commodities.” Right—because nothing screams global market volatility like a 8x10 parking space behind a fence in Missouri. For the record, real commodities include wheat, copper, and crude oil—not sunbaked patches of pavement with potholes.
And the cherry on top? I just checked their website. They’re advertising the exact same parking space for $94/month AND a free month for new customers. So let me get this straight: new renters pay less and get freebies, while loyal, long-term customers are squeezed like a lemon at a summer picnic?
If you enjoy being financially gaslit, StorageMart is the gold standard. If not, run—don’t walk—to literally any other facility that values customer loyalty.

We are very happy with Storage Mart. Jason was extremely helpful with all of our questions. Unit was neat and clean. Prices are best around. Easy to rent unit size we needed. Website was easy to navigate and set up in portal for payments etc.

The fella Casey who works the office is very polite and courteous, knows his stuff and very informative. Speedy visit. Good place to rent from. Does have a few bad apples working from time to time who have no coothe.

Storage Mart in North St
Storage Mart in North St. Paul MN! They are shady and give you one initial rate,then they spike it like crazy! I went from $93.99 to $180 and the best they could do was give me $7 off! It was so insulting! Anyway, I now have to move all my belongings to another location NOT STORAGE MART! So dissapointed!

I wouldn’t even give them a 1, but this is their lowest rating. I have had problems with them from the beginning. They give you a cheap rate & within 2 months they go up on the rate, and not just a few $. Mine went up like $30. And they chg what they want once you give them your bank information. Rather it is their mistake or not they DO NOT make adjustments to your bill. I sent my Home Owners Insurance policy to them & they charged me for the insurance coverage again on 2 units the following month. And they are not returning my calls.
