Admitted the product was "unacceptable" but refused a full refund.
Customer service admitted the product I received was "unacceptable" (their words), yet still refused to issue a full refund. I was initially offered small store credit, and after fighting for a resolution, was only given a 50% refund. The rep also ghosted me for two days in the middle of the dispute. After many past orders, this single failure in support was enough to ensure I never shop here again.
