Despite the flight delay car driver was there to meet us and get us home promptly. Driver was helpful and friendly.

This was my first time with Stonebank Travel: The drivers were on time for both transfers (Edinburgh Airport/Pitlochry return). Polite, friendly service & clean cars. Online booking was very easy with lookup addresses & map; straightforward pre-payment too. Price was cheaper than most other alternative suppliers (who didn't have as good online systems either). Very pleased with the reliability of the service - I'll be using Stonebank for all my transfers from now on.

The service we received from Stonebank Travel was exceptional. Despite flight delayed by almost an hour our driver, Vinood, waited for us intil the early hours and got us home. Highly recommended.

I booked Stonebank travel to collect my daughter in law and grandaughter who were visiting from the USA from Glasgow Airport to Aberdeen.I received comprehensive information prior to the pickup,drivers name,phone number, vehicle type id photo. The drver was unable to contact them on their arrival and the company immediately contacted us and explained the problem. It was easily resolved and they had a pleasant journey to Aberdeen from an extremely helpful driver.From initial booking to final deliveryt I wish that all companies service was as good.

Driver arrived on time and sent a text to say he was outside our hotel.
He knew the route very well and was polite and courteous, the car was clean and comfortable and the price reasonable. An altogether positive experience.

Prompt pick up however we had requested child seats and they were not in the taxi on arrival. We had to use our own seats. Not the taxi driver’s fault, information not relayed to him.

Couldn't fault Stonebank for the transfers to and from Glasgow Airport recently. Punctual and professional. The return driver Chico waited an additional 2 hours for us at 2am in the morning as the luggage was delayed, which was hugely appreciated. Definitely use on the future.

Great service, quick response and easy communication. Oktay was our driver and he couldn't have been more helpful. He was happy to wait at the airport whilst we waited for our bags to arrive on the carousel! Would recommend.

We were so impressed with the level of customer service, our driver was prompt and on time - also super friendly and courteous. Next time we visit we will definitely use this service to transfer us from A to B.

The journeys between the airport and the accommodation and return went smoothly without a hitch. A very nice driver, pleasant and polite and extremely efficient. Would certainly recommend and use it again.

Very disappointed. I booked to travel Edinburgh airport to Waverly. I'm an old lady who'd never been there before.I received two confirmations giving different drivers and cars. The second one had my mobile number incorrectly entered. I sent an email asking to correct this and asked for confirmation as to which driver I had to look for. I did not receive a reply. I travelled and hoped to find one of the drivers. I looked around the ground floor multi story car park,where the pick up area is located. After about 15/20 mins I gave up and found a bus into town. While on the bus my phone rang a couple of times, But I was unable to answer and make them hear me. I am now out of pocket by £38,and have not received even a portion of a refund.
