I got in contact with Stocalfe after someone went into the side of my vehicle and the team were absolutely amazing at talking me through the process of what happens next and supplied me with a hire car, which was a dream to drive! HORRIFIC is the only word I can use to describe this company DO NOT USE THEM!!!
They led me to believe that they were my insurance company! And I was in a non fault accident and they are trying to get money from me as the third party won’t pay for the hire vehicle they are absolutely horrific and vile sent me to a debt collector for £8,000+

I used Stocalfe Response after a driver went into the back of car last month. I found the team to be very helpful, especially Luke, who kept it touch a couple of times a week while the case was being settled. When there were delays from the other party's insurers, Luke pursued the matter and always returned my calls and emails quickly. It's such a stressful time when you've had an accident, so having someone sympathetic on the other end of the phone was great. I now have my payout and am looking for a new car. Very happy with my experience!
