I honestly think this app is a money making scheme, prying on people desperate to sell their wedding dresses just to make money off them. I have a brand new unaltered wedding dress i listed on there. First you have to pay £18 to list it or £27 if you want some extra photos. I got 20 views on day 1, after that never got anymore views, you have to pay to give it a boost! So basically I paid £18 for it just to get listed for 1 day.

I found my dream dress in the US and I am in Australia. However the whole experience of ordering online was easy for me. I did make sure I had the measurments right and found a size up so will be easier for final fitting alterations. It was 1/2 price compared to ordering the same dress to be made for me. The seller Ivory Dreams Bridal was really helpful and responsive throughout the process.

I had no idea about Stillwhite and by chance stumbled upon it after doing a google image search of the dress I was looking for. So happy I did because I ended up getting my dream “second look” dress for half the listed retail price! I would recommend to ask for pictures of the actual dress/item (verses pictures of the model wearing it from the retail site) that’s what I did and felt comfortable purchasing from there and it was perfect. The dress arrived within 4 days and was quick/easy. So happy with my experience.

I was selling a dress that I never had the opportunity to wear - the process and website was super simple to navigate, and all of the enquiries I received were from polite and respectful people - which is sometimes a gamble with second hand selling!

My only less-than-perfect comment - while I do love the escrow feature of the website (as I live abroad), receiving money into PayPal would not have been first choice. If they could open it up to other payment receipt methods that would be fantastic!

What a rip-off! You have to pay to list an add,then you have to pay to make it more visible, then you pay for it to be added to a gallery, then PayPal charges a transaction fee, then you pay percentage of the selling price as a success fee although advertised they charge a ONE TIME FEE! It's bad enough to list a dress for a few hundred pounds losing three quarters of what you paid, now these lot take everything else. Paid out of my pocket to list and never sold although it's a most-wanted and brand new dress with tags, going for a great price. You have to bring money from home to undersell a dress you probably paid a lot more anyway. Why build a platform to help brides when you treat it a a joke. Blinded by profits. This platform should be illegal. Another platform that loves taking money from people then take no responsibility for any issues. I wish I read the reviews on here before giving then a penny. Don't bother with stillwhite. List on Vinted or Ebay.
