Customer service is great.
By far the best customer service I have dealt with. An error on my behalf. Was given the wrong address of a friend who lost her service dog. I got an email saying that it was delivered. A got an email with pictures of the house. That is when I found out the error on my end. They were ready to make it right on my wrong. Kai's owner called crying how beautiful it was. Thank you from the customer service and to the beautiful suncatcher. Kai is always going to be with her.

The stain glass is beautiful! Looks exactly like the picture. I am very pleased. I will be ordering another one soon! I got this one made for my daughter who lost her dog a few years back. The reason for 3 stars is your lack of transparency and when addressed on social media that these actually are made in China which conflicts with your social media page saying you are a US company that is deceptive, rather than address it on social media you block people over it. That's classic deception.

The custom work is wonderful.
My sun catcher of Pixie came out beautiful! The only problem I had was the delivery service and the packaging. The delivery driver literally threw it on my door step and I have it on camera. I am just extremely grateful that it did not break my only suggestion would be packing it better with more cushion and in a larger box marked fragile so that this doesn't happen to someone else.
