A lovely team who did a great job designing what we wanted! The detail of comedy put into the instructions for the decal gave me a particular giggle and if the actual product hadn’t already sealed the deal on this becoming my regular sticker provider - it became ABUNDANTLY clear after reading them 😂 funny AND good quality
I feel like that is something you don’t see with any other brands!

Communication issue
Website and adverts looked great, I requested a quote from them. I was met with a very swift response and upon giving further details about what I was looking for, I was then blanked for 10 days. I sent a follow-up email but I've still heard nothing. That's fine, happy to take my business elsewhere.

Poor website and customer service.
The user interface on the website was unintuitive. I struggled to work out how to upload my artwork and ended up ordering blank labels by mistake. I tried contacting StickerApp to cancel, but never received a reply. Fortunately, I paid via PayPal, so cancelling the order through them was easy and I have now ordered elsewhere. I would not recommend this service purely because they do not reply to emails.
