Pain balm and stuff…
Steve’s has always delivered quality goods in a timely fashion. I just began using the pain relief balm for a sore shoulder so the jury’s out as of yet. But I ordered it from Steve’s due to past experiences which were good.

Fine Tuning the Experience
To begin, I was sent the wrong product ... wax instead of shatter. (Steve has been good enough to correct that understandable mistake.) The wax, however, was harsh, and it did not seem to produce much of an effect. Sadly, this has often been the case when I try CBD. I was looking for a noticeable body high, perhaps the shatter will serve notice in that regard. If so, I'll be back to goose this review up a couple more stars. Cheers.

I'm really sorry to hear about your experience. I strive to get things right, but I'm not a robot just yet! I'm sending you the correct product today, and I wanted to share a couple of tips that might help:
If it was harsh, the temperature might have been too high. CBD tends to be best enjoyed at lower temperatures. Dab pens often work better because they maintain a controlled temperature. If you're using a dab nail, try letting it cool down a bit first. For electric devices, keeping the temperature below 600°F usually works well.
Sometimes, a dab that's too big can also cause issues. It might be worth trying a smaller one to see if that helps.
I make these concentrates fresh every month, using only the highest-quality CBD. If you try my suggestions with the new shatter, I’d appreciate it if you could consider updating your review to a 3-star.

The Balm is the Bomb!
Always fast shipping, and no hassles. The balm is the BEST: I used it after 2 different abdominal surgeries and its the only thing that helped (besides the massive pain killers I was given: that I didn't want to keep taking). The balm also helps with migraines. I don't know how, I just know it helps.
