Customer service
I called customer services and spoke to amber Ingram back in august about a tap that was purchased three years ago. To ask about getting a replacement spout as mine had a hairpin hole in it . Rather than trying to sell me a new one as many other companies would do she asked for a couple of photos and replaced the spout without any fuss ..great customer service and great company to deal with.

very responsive to my support queries, quick shipping
Alex was very responsive to my queries on replacing a failed hot water tap heater (Clearwater CWT124T).
Alex asked for pictures of the original unit and its tap connections for to ensure the correct fittings/ were included and delivery was very prompt.
I had an old version of the hoses and a first version of the heater unit but Alex even went above and beyond by shipping out some convertors/reducers to ensure it all worked. Very pleased !

Great customer service! Had an issue, Alex had it fixed with a replacement part shipped within 48 hours. Easy to deal with, recommended. And, a great product. After installing a boiler tap, haven't missed having a kettle once!

Leaking pipe
Is for the first time being a customer to this company. Unfortunately once I fix the tap, appears a leaking.
I contacted the company and after I sent them the proof of fault they decided to replace the tap and sent it to me in one day! I will recommend Sterling to everyone which need bathroom or kitchen stuff. Congratulation !

Ordered a new tap
Ordered a new tap, delivery was very quick, quality product. Had a problem with one component whilst footing the tap, the company responded to my problem very rapidly and furnished me with a new fitting within 48hrs. Excellent service and quality product would highly recommend

Clearwater Customer Service
We purchased a Clearwater tap from our local kitchen supply store. Unfortunately a few of the mounting parts had been left out of the packaging. I contacted customer service and spoke with Alex Hutchings. She was most helpful and quickly arranged the supply of the missing parts. First class customer service.

I cannot thank Sterling Sinks and Taps enough for their amazing help and understanding. Alex in the office was so kind and quickly passing my enquiry to the technical team.
Within 24 hours, they had sent me a replacement tap spout along with a helpful video showing me how to fit it. At a time when I am finding things particularly difficult, their kindness and willingness to make things so straightforward meant more to me than they could know.

Absolutely amazing service from Chloe & team. Moved into new house, discovered *leaking tap. Team replied same day and next day, replacement tap delivered. (*leak was due to incorrect use, not quality of item) Fantastic customer service. Extremely impressed.
