Terrible, and when i say terrible i mean terrible that i was scammed with no reply. They took my payment $2508, now you would expect goods to arrive say within 30 days max worse case scenario. Its not 7 months, with 19 emails send to them - no reply. Terrible aussie business that should be shut down

Oh Hello Ms Jagina, this is Stepsolve here. We have never heard of you unfortunately, let alone a payment of $2508??? And 7 months and 19 emails? Please show us one of these emails. We have never heard of you, you have not ordered any goods from us, nor have we taken any payment. Surely after paying us $2,508 for supposedly ordered goods, not receiving them for SEVEN MONTHS and NINETEEN emails you would have taken some legal action?? We are a reputable family business of 16 years with an impeccable record of customer service and goods warranty. Now, who are you Ms Jagina?? Whoever you are, you should be ashamed of yourself writing this fictional email and trying to dirty our reputation.
