Amazing results. After a short telephone conversation explaining what I would like and if this was at all possible to do I received an email a few days later informing me my design was complete and once payment was made I could view the picture. I made payment and received a copy of what I asked for via e mail. I asked for some fairly big changes which were done within a few hours and another copy sent to me to view via email. This was absolutely brilliant and hassle free I highly recommend for exceptional service and top quality product.

Excellent from contacting Steph and emailing photos. Steph was so helpful and efficient. The picture was for a 21st gift I sent the 'approval' picture Steph emailed me to the rest of the family and had instant replies saying how fab and how good the likeness was! Steph has done several sketches for me now ranging from family, wedding present to project team at work. They have all been fantastic and get great comments. The caricatures are subtle and great fun. The Caricature was perfect. I order a caricature as a wedding present, and the happy couple loved it. I had the happy couple and their dog in the sketch, and they all look great. Steph Sketches followed my requests perfectly. The were very efficient with my order, and I received it in plenty of time for the wedding. I have now ordered 4 digital drawings from Steph and the team and have been blown away each and every time. The first one was for a friends 25th Anniversary gift and I was so impressed I have since ordered another 3 on different occasions for myself. The service is first class from initial enquiry through to receiving the finished product. Nothing is too much trouble and a very friendly team assist you through every step. My daughter ordered an A3 framed Caricature from Steph’s Sketches as a Christmas present (2017 Christmas) for me costing £85 for which you would expect a nice item you can display on your wall.

Whilst the figures in the Caricature were fine, the overall layout was too small to fit the frame provided properly – no matter what you did there is always a thin white border visibleon two sides between the frame edge and where the border ends. Simply the production process is flawed and the product is sent out faulty as it is produced and printed undersize to fit any standard off the shelf frame including the one they supplied.

I have a number of other Caricatures displayed on a wall in my home, all with coloured backgrounds and they fit the frames perfectly as they are not produced faulty and undersize.

When asked to rectify the problem Steph’s Sketches blamed their printer and sent out an identical faulty item with little effort made to resolve the problem.

When challenged further it transpired that Steph’s Sketches and their printer are well aware of the problem but their attitude is, “ what do you expect for the money”. Which is a terrible indictment of their lack of pride in their business and value for their customers.

You also need to be aware that once you complain you will be accused of moaning, being an unreasonable customer and they are incapable of resolving the problem.

Before you order a Caricature ask them if the print background will be printed edge to edge and ask them to confirm by email that it will fit a standard frame properly without white edges visible. If you purchase an unframed Caricature it will never fit any standard off the shelf frame and the only solution is to have an undersize frame made to fit it, which is very expensive.

Clearly Steph’s Sketches need to re-view their production processes and undertake further training and invest in equipment to produce the product we customers are paying for.

Steph provided A fantastic drawing of my granddaughter and my daughter & son in law loved it too.Great service at short notice as I had been let down by another company.I would highly recommend and would use Stephs sketches again.
