Stepful program is a great program to start your Pharmacy Technician career. I received great support from my instructor, my coach and Stepful staff. This program help prepare you for your PTCB or NHA exam

The teacher is very motivating. She also offers to help almost every class.

This has been the best experience EVER. The program is very comprehensive, and I absolutely love my instructor and how the class is structured. The only thing I would change is that before signing up, it reads as if they pay for one attempt at the national certification, but that's not the case. They give a small discount, but that's all. I am still giving five stars though, because that is a very small issue, and the education is worth it either way!

My journey with Stepful was overall a great experience. I’m grateful for the education, graduating, and securing my externship. The program gave me a strong foundation and helped me move forward in my career. One area I believe could be improved is the limited timeframe for career support after graduation. The window for job placement assistance felt shorter than expected, especially in a competitive healthcare job market where finding the right position can take time. Extending or offering more flexible access to career services would better support graduates during their transition into the workforce. Overall, I appreciate the experience, but longer term career support would make the program even stronger.

I want to first salute our teacher Jolene!!! She was the best teacher I have ever had the pleasure learning from! Each week I looked forward to our class! And I will be missing those classes going forward! She truly made this learning enjoyable. This course was not for the weak, but it taught myself a big lesson! I can do ANYTHING I apply my mind and heart too. Thank you Stepful for this opportunity for being flexible, affordable, knowledgeable, and providing us with all the tools we need to succeed! It has been an amazing venture with stepful as far as having an amazing instructor explaining everything detail and helping one on one.

My experience with the Stepful Job Readiness team was very helpful during my transition into a CMA role. Tracye and Sabeena were both supportive, responsive, and encouraging throughout the process. They provided resume feedback, interview preparation guidance, and accountability that helped me feel more confident when applying for positions. The job search process can feel overwhelming at times, but having Tracye and Sabeena’s support made a real difference. They pushed me to stay consistent, refine how I presented my experience, and continue applying even when I faced setbacks. I’m grateful for their guidance and the structure they provided during this stage of my career.

Such a wonderful experience. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. 10/10 I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THE CMA COURSE TO ANYONE. IF YOUR THINKING ABOUT JOINING DO IT!!!

The learning techniques and I didn't feel alone any questions I ask they immediately got answered my instructor Rebecca Mchenry does phenomenal work with us in our class rooms she very positive and supportive

Everyone was so friendly and helping! They made the entire process feel like a breeze and I learned so much throughout this entire course.

They are very informative and helpful and not to mention understanding. They really work with U and are always asking questions if you get off track or have something goin on they are truly concerned and want to make sure U are ok.
