I got an excellent mentor/ tutor John Whitehouse for my two courses. He was friendly, approachable, easy to understand, accommodating and very informative in regards to the content of the respective courses. I completed The Level 1 & 2 in Customer service and Employability Course with Step Ahead Amos was my tutor and he provided us with all the information we needed to fully understand every aspect of delivering good customer service. He showed great support and a lot of patience. Overall the course was a good experience and one that I will recommend if you need to upskill or want to learn how to deliver good customer service.
