Look good and last
I've had Stellar Stainless Steel Classic cookware for 30 years. Although I've had to upgrade some in this period for ones that work on the induction hob
They still look as good as new, they clean up fantastically and I can lift them easily, unlike the cast iron that is in fashion at the moment
7000 pans and customer services emailed excellent!
I have a set of the 7000 pan range. They still look brand new after 5 years of continuous use, including dishwasher. The smaller frying pan lost a couple of non-stick pieces (never used metal implements) and Louis from customer services emailed to say a replacement was in the mail. Amazing!
Good products, bad management!
A company selling good products running under bad management. I have a set of the 8000 range however, they stopped making them... now I can't expand my set (loss of sales). They started making many products as non-stick only, something I would never buy, so now I have some missing pieces that previously were just stainless steel (more loss of sales). I think they need to follow the British conservative mentality and become a standard of quality.
Not sure who takes these decisions however it seems like they are uncertain of their market position, are they low end products for amateurs or are they a high end product for the kitchen master. I certainly hope they revert to their old ways so I can return as a client.

I recently had a small issue with my Stella Cutlery set which I explained to them. The issue was swiftly and effectively rectified. I would 100% recommend this company for their product and after sales service. In today’s world, unfortunately there are not many companies that act in this way and respect that customer service is key.
Defective frying pan
Some time ago I bought a small Stellar frying pan. It was expensive compared to other brands but Stellar’s lifetime guarantee was reassuring. 18 months later I’ve noticed deterioration of coating on pan. I got in touch with Stellar and sent all info, photos etc requested. Since then absolutely nothing despite sending repeated emails. Customer services are appalling so spend your money more cannily elsewhere and don’t be bluffed by totally meaningless warranty.

Quality and assurance
Ordered the Stellar profile 5 piece draining saucepan set and what a great experience. From entering the site all information was clear and honest. I love that they have a lifetime guarentee. After purchase communication was great, relieved the items next day without paying extra! Although my free gifts were not in the box, when contacted Stellar apologised and said it was due to a discount code I had used the price was under the target price for the gifts. But as the voucher was Blue Light they would honour their offer and provide the gifts as a good will gesture. I am a first time buyer and these gifts have really helped price wise. The products are made very well and of an excellent quality. I haven't used the items yet but a family member has had these saucepans for over 15 years and have used the lifetime guarantee, with no hassle Stellar applies their attention and honours their word! Amazing customer service, products,quality and prices 10/10.

Order saucepans as they were on a great offer and with a bonus coffee pot free service was excellent and my order was dealt with efficiently - would not hesitate to deal with this company again and would recommend to my friends

Pan is peeling.
They are telling me Ive scratched the non stick surface. Plus theyve said Ive overheated the pan. However Ive looked after the saucepan and never overheated it or plunged it into water straight after cooking. Its a small frying pan and only ever used for frying eggs, poaching eggs, omelettes or cooking mushrooms. Not heated the pan up high for a steak for example. They have no grounds to say Ive overheaded it

I would just like to confirm that Stellar is literally a 'Stellar' company their cookware is without doubt some of the best out can buy The quality customer service and pricing is fantastic If you need cookware get Stellar! It will be a great move
Stellar Sabatier Sharpening Steel
Emailed their Customer Services and so far no response. This product is totally misdescribed and potentially dangerous. It is not “full tang”, the handle actually unscrews from the steel!! The fine looking handle with rivets are simply for show - not functional purpose. Beware, if you can find one for less than £10 you will just get what you pay for - just. But not as described. 0/10
Will never purchase Stellar again
Having purchased a number of items in the last 6 weeks my wife and I are disappointed with the product. The deterioration on the baking trays has been dismissed as normal. Refund refused. We have now submitted additional claims regarding the saucepans and await response. Again unacceptable deterioration. Having purchsed the products on the implied quality our dissapointment has increased significantly. We both regret the purchases and will never again acquire any products from them. As a word of warning, we would mention that the handles become very hot, care when removing, use an oven glove or similar.
Lifetime means lifetime
Our really quite old set of Stellar saucepans started having problems with the handles and, noticing they say on the bottom that they have a lifetime guarantee, I tried emailing the company although not really expecting much. I'm glad I did because they turn out to have excellent customer service and they really do stand behind the "lifetime" part!

Great product and great customer service
I’ve been using Stellar products for a while now, and they never disappoint. The quality of their cookware is fantastic, and it’s clear they’re built to last. Recently, I had a query about one of their products, and Louis from their customer support team handled the situation with great professionalism. The response was quick, and the issue was resolved with a very satisfactory outcome. It's great to see a company that not only offers excellent products but also backs them up with outstanding customer service. Highly recommended!

Great Service
I contacted customer service this morning about a small issue on one of my frying pans. A lovely lady called Rachel promptly responded and sorted out a replacement. Highly recommended service.
Only Satisfactory outcome but a good customer service advisor
Unfortunately Stellar were unable to replace my rusting knives as I couldn’t produce the receipt even though they could see from photos that I have a dozen piece setting. Not sure why receipt is necessary when product has a lifetime warranty- house moves and children later I’m not surprised the receipt has disappeared! However Rachel did send a product that has helped rather than solved the problem .
Rachel herself was polite, efficient and timely in her responses.
