I havnt recieved my package yet,fedex said it was returned to sender for reasons to me unknown

I just got 150lb limb and heavy war bolts works really well I highly recommend m10 crossbow and the service was quick and professional thanks again much appreciated steambow.

The safety lock ball and plastic pieces fell out very easily and was impossible to put back. I sent AI the manual and it said I could proceed without as it was honestly impossible to get the tiny ball and spring back in place.

First time I cocked it I could see it wasn’t flush with the bolt but in the purpose of trying to decock my finger got trapped and I needed numerous stitches.

Then again I tried to use the all and more firm wiring and same issue occurred. So it’s sitting Kocked and I have no safe way to unKock it which is incredibly stupid in your design. All other crossbows I’ve used have a mechanism to successfully de-Kock without dry firing.

I’m sure this product just cost me 3x its cost in medical fees despite me following instructions and the videos perfectly. Advice for future videos I don’t need to see the whole room. I need to see the device and what he’s doing.

The products were delivered as advertised and ordered. They quality seems legit and for now I don't have any concerns. Very satisfied till now.

Product was delivered in a couple days just like advertised seems like a good product. The company did a good job managing the sale. It just went the way it supposed to go so I give it five stars because they actually did their job. I’d even give them some cookies.

Never got it and its inpossible to get it sence i have to sighn for it i went to gun shop had them order it so i can pick it up hard to do things being disable and going to cancer place and i could never make it to gate in time my dad was a vetran and my mom all i have left plus im getting older health is veary poor i got cams and they usaly set things over gate for me sencecwhat i order been sent back i should get refund tratments are not cheap my little enjoyment is my cross bowel i try calling but you never answer phone calls any ways gun shop should be able to get my things take care God bless hope you guys become a better company a carying compassinate company take care

Excellent service and fast delivery of an outstanding product

I accidentally forgot to put a 10% discount code the time I ordered the pump action kit for the ar-10 system and some bodkin arrows and tried to correct it the same day. So I sent 2 emails to the company that day and was promised to be answered back by 24 hours and was completely ignored. I should have been priced adjusted by around $30 but no one there sent any response of any kind. That kind of miffed me off.

1st of all it didn't come with instructions.. 2nd After putting it 2gether ( watch YouTube).. I loaded up my practice arrows and they just FELL OUT..🫪🫪🫪.. I'm not sure if I need 2 get hunting arrows so they don't fall out.. was really disappointed especially since it's my first bow n arrow.. I haven't even played with it yet due to arrows won't stay in magazine...

I love this company and how they have transformed a crossbow into a home defense, urban warfare and competition crossbow.

The product was loose in the box, getting banged around. I like the concept of what you guys built its pretty cool. The other thing is that there is no instructions on how to put it together. It didn't take me long to put it together, luckily, but if you have someone who does not know how then they may put it together wrong or just send it back. Overall, shipping was very fast which was nice. I am happy with the product and can't wait to shoot it.

I was happy to finally get delivery of item, almost 2 weeks..Upon inspection of the product I noticed their was only one set of strings.. the back of the box and description of product in the products ad states that their is 2 sets of string.

Everything arrived as ordered and in a timely manner. However, I purchased the B08 upper with the lower and the AR-10 Magnum upper and found no instructions for assembly of the Magnum upper, only for the B08. Additionally I bought the Magnum storage case and found it to also not have instructions for positioning of the devices and attachments and found the cutouts to not provide enough room for anything extra to be included in, unless manipulated into an abnormal space or place. Additionally there is NO/ZERO room for the adjustable butt stock that came with the lower and no room to add a scope or anything else (flashlight, etc)

The qd limb block did not come with clear instructions and I couldn't get the thing properly clamped to the limb.

Difficult to get a hold of anyone. Tried multiple platforms and emails and nothing for weeks. Finally after getting in touch with the manager I was sent the replacement part. Overall satisfied with the service. The only improvement could be better customer service by actually responding to customers.
