Steadily is an incredible company to do business with and an incredible place to work. The founders, leadership team, sales team and all teams for that matter are “best in industry.” I have been a P&C agent since 1999. I came to Steadily in 2024. It is a literal “who’s who”

Steadily wrote my insurance for the wrong residence type. I caught it and notified them. They told me my only options were to cancel the incorrect policy and pay the early cancellation fee or keep the incorrect policy and then be denied if I ever needed to file a claim. Now, steadily has canceled my policy and they are unwilling to make any concessions or issue a refund of the $150 broker fee. All this for an error on their part.

Had been with steadily for years. Always trust them to provide me the best insurance coverage with the best price for my commercial properties. We have obtained an attorney and are filing suit for insurance fraud. I paid a quarterly installment upfront, cancelled for better coverage, was told I would recieve prorated portion back and they withheld 800. Never disclosed by your licensed agents. Formal request for your state insurance licencing #, the agent number of the agent who placed policy and the agent I spoke to who cancelled it. All time and fees will be also filed im small claims as expenses do to intentional intent to fraud your customers.
