LIKE: Agent was polite and professional.
DISLIKE: having to go through ALL the medical exclusions for EVERY renewal even when stating there has been no change.
Much better service would be to ask if anything has changed, then ADD or DELETE as necessary.

Convenience: it was all sorted in one phone call.
Price: I feel that the insurance is good value.

After weeks of communicating with this company we need this, we need that! I worked tirelessly to get the information they required must have spoken to 5 people and not one of them gave me an indication I would not be successful with my claim. My husband and I are pensioners. We recently went to New Zealand. Due to flight problems and connections we missed our flight in Singapore by 13.5 hours. Our flight back was changed and delayed 6 days. On return our flight Auckland to Sydney was delayed 24 hours. No fault of ours and guess what insurance doesn’t cover it. What is the point of insurance with these companies? Waste of time. Take your money then don’t give a damn

After trying to claim for my wife, I have received no communication for over a month despite sending 3 follow up emails to the company handling the claim and writing directly to Staysure, making a complaint. I chose this company because of the great reviews on here, but I am sorry to say that they are great until the point you need them. Very disappointed. I will persevere with trying to get someone to give me an update and will speaking to the ombudsman if that proves futile for another month.
