I have never had any issues with late delivery or print quality on the materials we've bought. Our most recent purchase was ordered under very tight time constraints and Ben and his team ensured we got what we needed for our conference, delivering our order with a high quality finish and within the agreed deadlines.

Staysourced company staff is very professional and reply very quickly.
In terms of things to improve I would say to offer more original/different goodies (but not too expensive) and present it to us regularly
