They were super quick to respond to all my questions, so friendly and I got my trainers back in a couple of days. Jonathon did such a good job on the suede that was covered in mud. He even came to meet me half way to collect them. Really recommend these guys they’re great.

The customer service and communication was 10/10! I was searching to get my trainers cleaned during the busy Christmas period for a holiday. They went above and beyond to get me trainers cleaned within a short turnaround. I would recommend 100% and I will be using again. Also they have a loyalty card scheme which is an added plus.
