Honestly, I was not looking to switch my Merchant services. But Lauren walked in to my salon. Something about her approach, so nice and not “ salesman like.” We actually started to talk. Because of her personality, I was curious what exactly her company was about. Her non-aggressiveness intrigued me. Before she left, I gave her my cell phone number (which I never do when it comes to sales people walking into my salon, which happens every day) and told her to text me. She was extremely informative. I actually had no questions lol. It took me one minute to make my decision to switch. Something about her nature made me confident in my decision.
Here’s the most important part. Normally, after the kill you hear nothing. But Lauren continued to text me every single day asking me how everything was going. I even had a little glitch on a holiday weekend, wondering about my batch and she literally was getting back to me on a Sunday.
When people ask me how I’m so successful in my business I always say it’s not about the money. If you genuinely possess excellent customer service successful will come to you. Lauren is the perfect example of this.
I look forward to referring her to all of my friends that are business owners.

I couldn't be happier with Clover and the customer service Justin Elliot has provided me and my new business venture. From Day 1 Justin has helped me set up my menu on the Clover, answered ANY and ALL questions I have had, stopped in multiple times to make sure things were going smooth and best part I can text/call him 24/7, couldn't ask for better service. We have a Clover Duo which is super easy to use, im not a tech person but I easily can work this machine, and 3 handhelds my waitresses use. BTW all the equipment they provided free all I pay for is the software fee! Thank you Clover for making my life easy and especially thank you Justin, I couldn't have done this venture without you.

The team at Slice is unbelievable. I just took over my business in July. I was using a different merchant at the time and they made the transition to switching so easy. Whatever question I asked, they answered. Chris helped me the most throughout my whole experience and is always a call away whenever I need him and it’s not much because they truly give you the best product that works so effectively they’re barely needed. I trust slice and chris, both saved me a bunch of money. If you’re thinking about switching let this be your sign.

Slice representative lied to me from the beginning by telling me that Slice would reimburse us for Clover charges on a monthly basis. They did not. The did not cover the monthly service charge as promised and they did not cover the lease charges as promised. When I reached out to question the representative, my requests to speak to him were ignored. I never received a response ever from my rep. I finally contacted Slice through the app and they contacted me with a level 1 help desk that could not help me. I had to insist several times (10) with the help person that I needed to speak with someone above them. I was finally given the opportunity to speak to a higher level person but not directly. The level 1 person spoke to someone else and kept returning to the call after speaking to them. So don't expect you will get much help from Slice after signing a contract. They also did start paying their promised reimbursement, but only for 4 months and not paying for the missed reimbursed amounts. They then stopped. I was able to contact them again after 4 months of trying and I told them again that they were not covering their portion of reimbursements. They started again, but did not reimburse for what they had missed. Just started reimbursing from the time I got in touch with them. This happened again two more times. Same sequence of on again off again in the same pattern and never catching up their owed amounts. I finally recently contacted them and asked to have my account closed because Slice never honored their part of the contract. Slice said they would charge me about $500 for ending the contract earlier than promised. So now I am being charged for Slice's poor performance and breaking of the contract because I want to end the contract with them. Honestly, stay away from the company. They are a very unreliable and hard to work with company. They will do everything they can not to honor their contract and will hold you to every aspect of your part. Be ware!!
Been months of trying to cancel and continue being charged yearly fees. Representatives take forever to contact you back and help. Worst experience ever with these machines. Fees were outrageous as well! Not statsified at all, and do NOT recommend - do yourself a favor and consider another POS system!!!
Dateed today but issue has been going on for over 6 months of trying to get in touch with someone to cancel.

New Year, new issues. After writing a review since I can't seem to block enough emails, calls, or texts, I got a notification the review itself was removed as well. I applied to Slice over a year ago and after speaking with the rep I decided the position was not for me. Since then I have received calls, texts, and emails about a job I applied to. I have replied with not interested, do not contact me, and even spoke with someone who called and asked to be removed/blocked from lists as it would be a waste of time and energy since I am not interested.
Yet again I am being contacted about the opportunity I applied for... Blocking doesn't work, saying no thank you nor leave me alone doesn't seem to register. Perhaps this review will, please stop reaching out, I do not want to work here or hear from anyone ever again.
Easy set up, quick pay out. Love the whole experience. Love it.
