Ordered a limo for my daughter's 18th birthday for trip to a restaurant. The car turned up early, very friendly and helpful driver. The group were later than planned leaving the restuarant, but the driver had no problems with this. A great service all round and my daughter and her friends absolutely loved it.

Best service with best drivers! They are so helpful and patient! Very good prices. It was the best choice. Limos very nice extremely clean and nice inside and outside! Will take it again for sure !

Dec 2021 booked London Christmas lights tour for 8, including 5 children. Had an amazing time and brilliant service. Very accommodating of the little ones and nothing was too much trouble. My first experience in a limo and with Starlite, wont be my last.

I have just used Starlite for a trip to the races for a client event and they were absolutely brilliant.
The party bus was really clean, the driver turned up bang on time and nothing was too much trouble.

We hired the 24 seater party bus for our special needs daughter's 21st.From the booking to the party bus turning up 5 big stars. The bus was on time clean and the driver Patrick was great a credit to starlite limo's.

This is the third time we have used Starlite limos and again it was an outstanding experience. It is always easy to book and discuss options with Paul. We booked the party bus for my daughter's 18th, a round trip to London. The driver was friendly, helpful and very accommodating, throughout the evening, everyone said how lovely he was. My daughter said: that the party bus was the best part of the evening, with the music, singing, dancing and drinking! There were complimentary drinks too and the bus was very clean and well organised inside.

Recently used this company for my sons 21st birthday celebration we booked the Rolls Royce ghost and can I just say what an outstanding service we received from beginning to end. Paul, the company owner was so helpful and accommodating and his communication throughout was brilliant and honest. On the day our driver (Kay) came nice and early and waited for us, he was extremely welcoming and friendly and made us feel like valued customers. We felt at ease the whole time and it added to our outstanding evening. Paul even gave us complimentary drinks for the journey, I can highly recommend this company for whatever your needs are. The vehicle was extremely well cleaned and maintained. Thank you once again I will be using your service again.

Booked the 16 seat party bus from Starlite Limos for our twin daughters 21st birthday party & had an amazing night.
The bus was in prestige condition, sound system was awesome and the driver (Kay) was a perfect gent and looked after us all night.
Booking was an ease, a special thank you to Jeanette for making the whole process seamless and making sure we everything went to plan.
Would definitely use Starlite again and have already recommended them to others.

Ordered a limo. It just did not turn up.
Called the office and they said it was broken down.
Asked why no one called us they said they tried. But they did not.
Ruined our wedding day. The bridesmaids has to catch a taxi.
No apology. No regret. Just shrugged it off.

Alarm bells should have rang when an old man with yellow teeth was the contact point. He was like something out of Oliver Twist.
The dated limo was nothing like the pictures. It felt like it was falling apart. Driver was scruffy and arrived 30 mins late, then was trying to rush us as he had another job to go to.
Not much you can do after having paid for it up front, (most other companies you pay when the vehicle arrives), but these cowboys wanted full payment up front.
Sadly during summer, desperation may lead people to this sham outfit, but be warned, you may be caught with your pants down. No solutions given, no apology and not even a sorry. Its hard to describe these guys without using expletives.

I booked the 16 seater hummer for a group of boys for a school prom. Great service and according to the boys the driver was fantastic. Would definitely use again.

Truly a fantastic company highly recommended! we hired the 12 seater Mercedes party bus for my daughters 18th. Lovely clean modern vehicle- my daughter had a slight accident so we ended up diverting via a hospital, our driver Steve was brilliant and I can’t thank him enough for going above and beyond. Party Bus booked for Hen Do.
This was the highlight of the day, the service was amazing and the journey was full of laughter, singing, drinking and we had a good dance for 15mins whilst parked up at service station so classy x
