Very friendly and professional people plus a great experience and price for the glasses

It was good except they were short staffed and it took awhile for me to get the eye exam other than that very nice staff very informed on the specials

Had a great experience at Stanton Optical on 4-14. The two ladies who were running the shop that afternoon were very friendly and even got one pair of my glasses ready by the end of the day which was a HUGE help to me.

This was the quickest and easiest visit! Alice was very helpful and friendly and so were the rest of the staff but I didn’t catch their names! They got me in and started my tests very quickly and my glasses were ready in about 15 minutes. I did the 2 glasses for $79 deal and the exam was free. I was so worried about not being able to afford eye care because I have no insurance, but this experience and pricing took all of the stress off my shoulders. I really appreciate them and I will be returning to them when needed!

They didn’t listen to my needs about my prescription.

I had to go back and get rechecked due to them not agreeing that my prescription was what I needed.

So friendly and was honest what I look like in my glasses

Helpful customer service

Bought new glasses and sunglasses. Bought insurance also. When Bought insurance they didn't tell about deductible if used. I got scratch on one lense first week and it cost me $120 after I spent close to a $1000 to buy glasses. I will be going back to eyemart who doesn't charge.

I felt rushed through the exam with the remote optometrist; after wearing my new glasses for over 2 weeks trying to “adjust” to them I went back to the store. I was not satisfied with the prescription and the progressive lenses. I was charged an additional $220 to get a larger hi-focal area and am now waiting for the new glasses! Now I have paid about $550 with insurance when I thought I was going to you to save money. I don’t think I’ll be referring anyone here and I will not return in the future.

Well my sunglasses are the wrong frame. And I can't see any better than before.

-Wasn’t told up front that their glass machine was broken. Whole reason I went there was because I didn’t want to wait to get glasses. Wanted them same day. Being a truck driver, their hrs are difficult to work with.
- I’ve had glasses for almost 40 yrs and I have NEVER had to wait 2.5 weeks for a pair of glasses
- no, in person, optometrist. Should have that info on website.

I’ve worn glasses most of my life. My experience with this merchant was the worst.

I needed my glasses remade due to a prescription change. They were amazing at taking care of it for me with no fuss and extra costs. Thank you kindly.
