I had a virtual eye exam for contacts
I had a virtual eye exam for contacts. I waited a long time after the exam for prescription and to purchase contacts. I was told that the prescription was not provided through their system. They said that they even let the virtual folks know that I was waiting and still nothing. I was told that I would receive a call when I could come back to pickup contacts. This was 4 days ago and still no call. I have been wearing contacts for over 30 years and used stanton for the past several years and I have never had this happen. Every other experience with Stanton has been wonderful.

Saying up to 2 weeks on contacts and taking almost 2 months is unreasonable. I did get sunglasses , that was nice. I think we will try a new place next year. Staff was nice,& polite. Place is clean and well staffed.

I have been waiting on glasses. Which I ordered last time? I was there, but yet, tell me that I picked them up and now it's gonna be four weeks before I even get an answer. I'm not sure I like what's going on. And I'm not sure what's going on other than I spent $450 and have nothing

I was cncerned about my new glasses
I was concerned about my new glasses, and went in to see if there was anything wrong with them. Your stafff member was very kind and sympathetic. She reccommended that I have the inhouse optometrist examine my eyes. They did and found that my optometist had made a mistake. They corrected my glasses at no extra cost, other than the examination, Throughout the process, all of your staff were helpful, particularly Maryam. (I hope I have the right name.)

I went with the intention of receiving two pair progressive len with eye insurance was told all needed to pay was my copay and had 130.00 for frames pick frames for 39.00 but paid 265.00 for one pair not two will go there again.

My phone number was wrong after I had corrected it. I ordered polarized sunglasses and they sent transitions. I tried to tell them there was something wrong with my right lens on my regular glasses and was told to wear them for a while and get used to them.
