Everyone was so very kind and informative

Liked the ease of making my appointment and they got me in a timely manner. I am familiar with having the exam with Dr through video and had no problems with that. Did take some time to get contacts prescription approved by Dr but I was able to look at glasses frames while waiting. Pricing was moderate, although I did have lower price from different facility. Contacts and glasses arrived within good time limit. I am very upset because I had a refer a friend coupon I gave to my daughter. Both she and her husband went to Stanton and did exams and glasses. I understood them not being able to use the 20% off coupon because they did another special package. However, I was also told I could not get the free pair of nonprescription sunglasses even though I referred 2 people! Thus makes me want to take my business elsewhere!

The appointment setup was great, but the wait time, and waiting for the prescription glasses for our family, the lack of thorough cost data too was both problematic and unorganized, and u professional.

I went in to pick out a pair of glasses that I assumed would take at least a week to get after being ordered. To my surprise they had everything there to make my glasses same day! I picked them up 30 minutes later. Great service.

They were incredibly helpful and understanding they are also have a fantastic wall of frames to choose from I will be back.

Well after my eye exam I felt like the associate was trying to run bill up on eye glasses there’s really know help with eye glasses from associates at other places they offer you best of what money you have to spend

I needed new glasses and contacts and went to a different Stanton Optical and was not at all impressed with the staff. A few weeks after, I was visiting my daughter and she told me to try a different store. Completely different experience. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I was done with my appointment within 10 minutes. The staff told me about all their deals and helped me choose a frame that I love! Glasses and contacts came in quicker than I expected. Will never go to any other eye doctor. Staton in Statesboro is amazing!

False advertisement, trying to make you feel like you’re getting a better deal than you actually are.
