Good service and order was done in a timely manner.

Everyone at Stanton is so nice and helpful and understanding and willing to do whatever it takes to make you happy on the day you’re there I would highly recommend Stanton to all my friends and family. I am new here from Atlanta and I am not used to the kind of customer service that I have received from the local Stanton office here in Spartanburg, South Carolina very impressed. Thank you so much for same-day service for my glasses and comparable prices for everything else

My experience was not great, except for the actual initial exam. Everyone needs to understand that you are providing a medical service and not just some random luxury. Glasses are a necessity and prescription for a reason, so only having worn a pair for less than 24hrs and them popping out is unacceptable especially at the price point. I had to continually ask for clarification on what was wrong with my glasses and was met with aloofness and rudeness from the lady helping me when I took the glasses back in. She simply took them, said the groove was missing and that it would be another two weeks. I had to drive up there to many times for my liking. Diffrent people told me I would have to pay to get them redone, (that was worked out though I didn’t end up paying for the repair) I was highly upset and would not recommend you all to anyone. As someone who works in healthcare I would grade your patient care very low.

Prices on line for frames are showing a lot cheaper than actual prices in the store. My frames showed $89 but the were over my allowance I had to pay the extra

Glasses came in near promised date. Staff and Mgr. helpful and courteous.

Take to long bad service. Not good deal for people with out medical.

The right lens was made with the wrong parameters and was unusable. Now I need to wait two more weeks to get my glasses.

Stanton Optical left a nice response to my review, but it turns out to be just nice words, nothing else.
I have been begging the store associate to expedite the correction of the wrong-manufactured lens, because I was leaving on March 16 for a two-week trip and wanted to have my new glasses with me.
I went on my trip without my glasses; they are still not ready.
I have been waiting for my new glasses for more than four weeks; this is not acceptable!

All was well but you need a better selection for poor people on a fixed income.

Great service and checkout was seamless.

My first appointment was video and the doctor was not in office. The results she gave me was incorrect but there was an issue with my eyes and they requested I come back in to have my eyes dilated and rechecked. The results were incorrect on my first video appointment and corrected by second. New glasses are good and dilation showed no other issues. Two other customers also came in for eyes to be dilated and said they had video appointments like I had first. Evidently they should just cancel appointments if they don’t have a doctor in house. I was not happy thinking my script was incorrect on my glasses and the other customers may not be getting correct information either. Eyes are very important to have checked correctly for issues and health.

Took three visits to get my eye exam. You should consider billing or accepting checks as payment.

The Optometrist who examined me, she was very knowledgeable and also cute.

But Ms. Sellers, the lady who helped me find frames and get the lenses I needed went above and beyond.

Horrible horrible pricing and seeming very much like a SCAM. My husband brought in his own prescription, not exam needed. Spoke with the store employee and she told him...designer glasses over here...others over there. My husband walked over to the "lesser priced" glasses. Picked out a pair and the employee told him, Frames, Lenses and transition lenses would cost $600plus before insurance and after insurance was $366. My husband questioned it, she offered him a payment plan but only if he spent $1200. He stated that this seemed off and he would need to speak with his wife about it. The employee stated "ARE YOU SERIOUS" and chuckled. YES HE WAS...Anyways, went to a different place. Got a pair of Nike frames transition lenses, protection plan on lenses and anti scratch coating. After insurance payments he walked out paying only $188. Stanton Optical is a scam with their "clubs" hidden fees, jacked up pricing and rude employees. 10 out of 10 would not try and shop here again.

A week before we came they said it was one price and then when we came they charged twice as much without letting me know. They don’t tell me what I need or require before the appointment. Usually also you can get a reference note the same day but I have to wait two days to. If all of this was required then they should have said it before the appointment, but they didn’t. I don’t recommend, waste time and money.
