The exam process and the final product are great and I have no complaints. Their service on the other hand is enough to keep me from returning. The pressure sales techniques were just over the top. The lack of transparency in pricing for lense options was insane and was used by the salesperson in a very shady manner to push for the most expensive options. A shame, the product is good.

Great place for glasses/contacts
So I just decided to stop by and ask about my eyes and I ended staying to get an exam and order my glasses. Really fast and like their process, very smooth and easy. Staff is very helpful and truly awesome.

Provided me with a proper diagnosis and explained what I could afford.
I would recommend Stanton to everyone that is need of a proper diagnosis and an affordable way to purchase a proper fitting for their vision.

Black lady in hijab was terrible
Black lady in hijab was terrible. Told me about a promo that was bogo and for only 10$ today i could get a credit of 5k with no interest for 3 months. When my total came out to 3k for glasses and contacts i asked why is it that much and all she said was “no you actually only owe 10$” then when my contacts came in only one eye was ordered because she didnt put in the order for the other eye then tried to tell me they didnt have my prescription. Im never going here again and dont recommend anybody to go here either

First pick up my insurance then I got to my appointment. I was told that you do not accept my insurance. Technician cannot know what she was doing while running my eye test. The eye doctor was seen via Zoom. I felt like I got an inaccurate prescription. Then the trial contacts that I was given are not my brand because they did not have my brand at the time. I was asked repeatedly if I was going to buy glasses from them and I stated no that I was going to go with an online option and to drop it off the technician then asked me if I would still pay the $79 don’t belong to those who cannot afford them.
