Customer Service was not the greatest…
Customer Service was not the great actually they lied.They did anything they could just to make the sale and then when it finally came to it, it was all a lie with the were telling us. Took three weeks to get my glasses. Just terrible Customer Service I would NOT recommend this branch to anybody.

This place is bait and switch.They offer "same day" glasses, but neither myself nor anyone else who was there were getting their glasses same day. Also, they have these "two for one sales." The total cost was initially almost $800 with insurance. I asked for my prescription and then I wanted to just order glasses from Zenni. They went round and round eventually I got one pair of glasses for about $150. Meanwhile, I went home with my prescription and ordered a pair of glasses from Zenni. They were about $125. They came in about 5 days. It took almost 10 days to get my glasses from these people. What a mess. Next time, I will try to get a prescription from an independent optometrist and then just go the Zenni route. I'm giving this place oltwo stars instead of one because the ladies who helped me really did try to bring down the costs for me, but overall I felt there were bait and switch tactics going on because no one was getting same day glasses as far as I could tell, and I went there because I had lost my only pair and desperately needed a new pair.

First time customer glasses had a crack…
First time customer glasses had a crack in the lens corner on the first day; I did not say anything because I thought it was more plastic wrap (or whatever was all around the edges of the lenses) but it was a crack. Brand new cracked glasses. Plus I am not sure the exam was accurate. Its ok, I am getting use to the service in south texas.
