Charge you before the exam for the absolutely most expensive price then sell you the cheapest possible lenses that don't even match what 3 other say your prescription is wrong

The eye exam was terrible I understand that remote helps to cut cost but I feel in the end I ended up with transition lens that are not what I was expecting
I have had transition lens for quite a while and these do not measure up for what I do
The cost was ok but the service in the end was less than expected

Lenses scratch extremely easy.

Im giving 3 stars because I felt like one of the female workers could of had better customer service, I felt like she acted snarky at times and talked about how she wished by next week she could be on an island and making faces as more customers came in.

I went in to order contacts, I told him I wanted to get away from the weekly contacts and go to monthly, first off he argued with me and told me I had been using the bifocal contacts and I told him no sir did not like them so I went with the weekly anyway he argued a little more on that then I told him I wanted monthly and green contacts he didn’t let me choose the green I wanted, next thing I know he had already placed my order with the green he chose and also ordered negative 8 when I’ve never used that my contacts are -7.50 so these are too strong so I will not be coming back

Alex is extremely knowledgeable and helpful in making our experience pleasant and understandable.

I didnt like the fact that no one went over my eye exam or prescribtion with me

The staff was rude, felt like just a irritation and a number.

My frames were less than a year old and a screw was broke. The female employee told me I had to buy new frames which upset me tremendously. They were less than 1 year old. I left very pissed, and went back in to get my prescription so I could go somewhere and was told by Alex I would have to pay 20%, but I was already mad. Ultimately, my roommate got me new frames at Stanton. ASK about warranty or replacement plan if you use this company. Not sure I will go back.

Friendly staff, made my visit easy and comfortable. Worked to meet my budget and to pick the glasses I liked and was comfortable with.
