Excelente experiencia en Stanton Optical - Royal Palm Beach. Desde que entré, la atención fue de primera: rápidos, profesionales y muy amables. Quiero destacar especialmente al Puertorriqueño ( no recuerdo su nombre y pido disculpas) quien brindó un servicio excepcional, explicando todo con paciencia y asegurándose de que saliera completamente satisfecho. Se nota cuando alguien disfruta lo que hace y se preocupa por el cliente. ¡Totalmente recomendado!
Excellent experience at Stanton Optical - Royal Palm Beach. Since I entered, the attention was first class: fast, professional and very friendly. I especially want to highlight the Puerto Rican, who provided exceptional service, explaining everything with patience and making sure that he came out completely satisfied. You can tell when someone enjoys what they do and cares about the client. Totally recommended!

I do not recommend!!!!
My experience at Stanton Optical was very disappointing. When I went in for my eye exam, there was no doctor physically present, which already made the process feel less professional and trustworthy. On top of that, the exam itself felt incomplete compared to previous eye exams I’ve had elsewhere—they didn’t even use the eye drops that are typically part of a thorough check.
What frustrated me the most was the pricing. They initially charged me a much higher price for a pair of glasses, only to later apply a “discount” that brought it down to what seems like the standard price at most other places. It felt misleading, like the pricing was inflated just to make the discount seem like a great deal.
Overall, the lack of proper care during the exam and the questionable pricing tactics made this a poor experience. I wouldn’t recommend this location if you’re looking for thorough eye care and honest pricing

We had simple prescription that they made it on site. We were happy for that, staff were polite and friendly and price was very affordable

This was my worst experience in all the…
This was my worst experience in all the years I’ve been getting glasses.
I was as given the wrong prescription and when I brought my glasses back to get the right one; I was asked to pay an additional payment of $58 which I didn’t have at the time.
I was then told I could pay the difference when I was going to pick up the glasses, but after I left the office, I got a call saying that the order could not go through because I need to make at least partial payment of the difference that was outstanding.
This was extremely frustrating because I had left the office already and now they’re telling me that my glasses cannot be processed until I paid at $58.
I requested my money back but was told that I could not get a refund because that money would go towards the testing of my eye which was supposed to be free.
This is extremely ridiculous, exhausting and frustrating at the same time.
The only thing I could do was to wait until I have the $58 to make that payment before my order it could be processed and then I would have to wait another two weeks to get my glasses.
This is crazy, crazy, crazy; if you ask me, Customer is not priority. Their money is more important than the customer and without the customers no money would be going into that business.
I have never been through anything like this. I regret going there.😫😫😫😫
And I will most definitely not recommend anyone at all the Stanton Optical😠
