I went in to ask about contacts and was going to set up an appt but they were able to squeeze me in on the spot. It was a fast service and amazing workers.
I was told my order would be ready in 3-5 days. It took almost a month to get them. When i received my order it was wrong. 1 pair was suppose to be sunglasses i received them with standard clear lense... Mehr ansehen

the "free" exam wasn't free, you couldn't get me any deals because I had a high prescription then you said you had to refer me out to a real doctor but have me no referral or reason why I needed to go to some one else

When i received my order it was wrong. 1 pair was suppose to be sunglasses i received them with standard clear lenses. When i addressed it the worker said well it wasnt ordered that way. I proceeded to tell him well thats what i ordered seems like it was put in wrong. The worker said well thats not our fault and i'm not fixing it. You can pay extra and i will fix it. I told him well that's what i ordered the money wasnt the issue the customer service was. I showed him my order on my phone and he said yea that's just the frame not the lenses i told him why would i pick sunglasses from the sunglass area if i didnt want the sunglasses. He said with a smart ass tone well you must've made a mistake then. I will not be coming back to Stanton Optical in Roswell ever again. Worse customer service, horrible salesmen. Exam workers were great though salesmen on the other hand shitty

There's no Dr. Prescription was wrong 2 times. I gave up. My daughters script was also wrong. This is a garbage place! Don't go here!
