All the staff is so very nice and helpful. When I first came in to have an exam and new glasses made Victoria was such a great help and explaining the differences between reading glasses distance glasses, and then progressive glasses. I am so thankful that she explained all these to me and thought that progressive lenses would be best for me. This way with just having progressive lenses I wouldn’t have to switch between different glasses to be able to do different things. When I got my glasses back I had a small issue. The issue is I thought I had anti reflective coating, put on my glasses. Come to find out that when I had my glasses originally made I thought progressive lenses automatically came with an anti-reflective coating on them. I was told that they do, but that was by a different company. So when I was wearing my glasses, I was seeing my own eyes reflecting back at me in the lenses. When I came back to talk to someone about the issue Kayla and the manager I don’t remember his name were able to both help me and get the problem taken care of. A huge big thank you to all the staff for being so nice and helpful to a new have to wear all the time glasses now person.

Unnecessary wait times. Lack professionalism.

I had to wait quite a while before being helped even though there were several employees socializing with each other. Then people that came in after me were helped before me, with no appointments. My glasses won’t stay on and I really don’t want to deal with the employees that work there.

Almost perfect experience...

Everything would have been perfect if I didnt have to return my glasses. And everything would have been ok with that as well, until the woman helping me started questioning me and my return. All that matters is that the glasses didn't work for me, they gave me a horrible headache. I explained i just wanted to return them and get my money back. She kept pushing that i have the glasses adjusted and i told her i had already ordered another pair online. i didnt appreciate her approach. Then she told me that only the store manager can approve and process returns and he already went home. That makes no sense that there is nobody in that store that can authorize a return. However they still took my glasses and told me when the manager comes in the next day that he'll look at the return and decide to either process it or he'll call me if there are any questions. I had to call to find out if the return was processed. I was told it was and it would be in my account in 24 hours. its been 2 days but I finally got it.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience! I really wish I read the reviews before coming here. My son had his lenses replaced, and when we made the appointment, we were told that they would be same day. However, it took weeks to arrive and then when it did, it was not the right prescription. So fast forward to another couple of weeks, it finally arrived, and he had them for one day before they got scratched. When we placed the order, we told them that we wanted scratch protection and that did not happen. I just tried calling their customer service and they said that we would have to buy a whole new set of lenses. What a horrible way to treat a customer. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Lens lab can't get it right!

Started at Stanton in sac month and a half never got prescription right want more money for upgrades the outfit no good went to Roseville they helped me get it right no extra charge good people the sac store don't go is my advice bad people

I thought it was ridiculous the video…

I thought it was ridiculous the video doctor put a mask on for the visit. Seemed very fast less than thoughtful. Salesperson was heavy on the upsell. Had me choose glasses then afterwards told me I chose from the wrong wall they were more expensive. When I went in to receive my glasses they didn't fit well I was told they could not put longer arms on the glasses I would just have to take a cheap repair Triumph and come back another time. Had no time to take care of my issues with the fitment then.

They screwed up my order three times

They screwed up my order three times. It took four visits to the store to get the order corrected as promised.
