It’s a virtual eye exam.
I was greeted as soon as I walked in and I was really early but they got me right in. The virtual eye screening was weird but ok. I do wish I could have seen him in person. My glasses came in early like three days early. Everyone was nice and professional. I’d go back.

Go here if you don’t need glasses anytime soon but spend the money for them
Overcharged me. My glasses took a week longer than expected to receive them in store only for them to be the wrong prescription. Then have to wait another month for them to correct the issue.

I had an excellent experience at Stanton Optical in Ridgeland, Mississippi. The customer service went far beyond my expectations. My technician was one of the kindest, most genuine, sincere, and helpful people I have ever worked with.
I was in an emergency situation after injuring my cornea and suddenly could not wear my contacts. She took the time to help me get glasses the very same day, which made it possible for me to safely drive back to Texas.
I am so grateful for her compassion, professionalism, and willingness to help during a very stressful time. She truly made a difficult situation so much easier. I highly recommend Stanton Optical in Ridgeland to anyone needing fast, caring, and exceptional service.

Everything went wrong
Everything went wrong! Took forever to be seen even though made the appointment a week in advance. Dr wrote me a prescription for progressive lenses which I do not need. I have great near sighted vision. I had a gut feeling it was a racket I was right. Walked away without purchasing just paid for the exam which i will have to pay someone else to do over. Unbelievably bad. Plus 30 min wasnt an option because their machine was down. Glad it was in the end because ultimately it's why i walked away without making an even bigger mistake. I do not trust these people at all.
