Needs a doctor on site to supervise
Inexperience: Second time the Porterville store gets my prescription wrong. On site staff inexperience coupled with no doctor on site allows for a free for all. Lack of listening: I provided meaningful insight and guidelines to assist them correct my vision by letting them know that I rarely look at screens and mostly use my vision to see at long distances. Customer service and attitude: the initial appointment went well, however, it was immediately evident no one wanted to accept accountability for mistakes done. At one point one staff member talked to me as if I was his dad. Staff attitude never changed mindset of helping others to helping themselves. In my attempt to work with the staff in correcting the problem, I was being told how they wanted to help me solve the problem “I am trying to help you.” Potential malpractice: staff does not know the importance of the damage that can done when lying in healthcare. I was lied to by the person who talked to me as if I was his dad. Lastly from left field: romantic relationships. It would not surprise me that all of this began because the lady who helped me is a staff member’s girlfriend and misunderstood the proper meaning of conversing with a human being.
