Gia who done my eye exam was absolutely wonderful! She was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, was patient and helpful helping me pick out my frames. I would rate Gia 5 stars. The issue was the woman who helped me when I picked up my glasses, I didn’t get her name. I was under the impression that she was going to make sure they fit my face properly and adjust them if needed. When I picked up my glasses she handed them to me and put a tablet in front of me with a man who she nor him introduced to me. My glasses keep sliding down my face and now I have to drive back 90 minutes if I want to get them adjusted.

Your associate that helped me from start to finish Rosa @ the poinciana location on pleasant hill! She was kind, thorough, and patient (computers/internrt weren’t really working well) she was amazing!! Stanton optical’s prices were a little higher than where I was going before which was my eye dr.

Honestly, a Great Experience Top to Bottom
Hello. Let me start off by explaining that I rated my experience 5 Stars for several reasons: my interaction with Victoria, the appearance of the store, the ease of the eye exam, the technology they use, and the value of their 2 for $79 deal.
The lovely young lady that helped me for most of my visit was Ms. Victoria Alonso, and she is the Clinical Services Manager. Amazing young lady, with a very friendly disposition that comforts you, puts you at ease, and makes the process very easy. I do not enjoy mirrors, frames, or shopping for something that goes on my face, because it is awkward to me. However, she made today a very pleasant experience, and I recommend her highly. I will be back for progressives because of her. Not only was she helping me, but helping other customers, making glasses, troubleshooting computer issues, and answering coworker's questions.
The store was very neat and in a nice area, and it was easy to get to using Maps. They have the equipment organized efficiently, so the exam is very easy and takes little time. We even had to reboot the system twice, but it was still very quick, and everyone was friendly. As stated, I needed a quick, cheap eye solution, and they came through for me in a big way. I respect businesses that deliver on what they offer and also are able to offer their upgrades without pushing or making it contingent upon other conditions. Today wasn't the day for upgrades, and I wasn't pushed or made to feel lesser for it. I will be back for the upgrades when things change a bit because of how today went.

The service was not what I expected. The people don’t have any idea how to treat or do the customer feel comfortable with the service. And when you pick up your glasses they don’t give you a bag to put your glasses
