Amazing staff
Everything about the visit was amazing. From the moment I walked through the door, I felt welcomed. The staff working there truly love their jobs and provide excellent customer service. I picked up my glasses and was received with the same enthusiasm as the first time walking in.

When i picked up glasses
When i picked up glasses, the prescription was wrong. I was told to keep them for a week and if still a problem come back and retest with optician. Optician not available for over 1 month.

Glasses didn't work
Glasses didn't work. Prescription was wrong. They wanted me to wait another 6 to 8 weeks to "fit me in" to fix the fact I couldn't see to read. After I had been practicing for 2 weeks for "my eyes to adjust".
