Todo muy bueno cuando me atendieron pero cuando me entregaron mis cristales porque solo mandé hacer eso la chica los colocó en mi montura y la dañó, nose q le hizo pero la abrió y por el lado de afuera se manchó toda y no me dio ninguna solución, me vine molesta y no volveré jamás a esa tienda. Está ubicada en colonial, Orlando Florida

The hybrid experience was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. However, I had to bring my glasses in twice for sizing, and it looks like I’ll need to go back a third time. Unfortunately, they are still very uncomfortable.

Pricing was not what they said and after 2 eye exams and waiting 6 weeks the prescription was still wrong. I ended up getting a refund.
