Ordered reading glasses at the same time as my no line progressives. Was told that I would have to wait a day because one of the lenses that was needed was in Norman. I have received my progressive glasses, still have not got my readers.

Hello Kurt. We sincerely apologize for the delay in receiving your reading glasses. We understand how disappointing it is to receive one pair while still waiting for the other after being told the delay would only be about a day. Please know delivery time frames can vary depending on your prescription, product selection, and any additional upgrades. We’ve escalated this situation for further review so we can address your concerns. We appreciate your feedback.

Overall notes
Getting an appointment, office help, exam were all 5-star. Lost a point for hard time getting glasses adjusted. Went in twice, finally finished adjusting on my own. A drawback, but may use again.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Stanton Optical. From the moment I walked in, I was a very nervous woman—but I walked out feeling more pleased than I have in all my 67 years.
Elizabeth and Victoria were absolutely exceptional. Their professionalism, kindness, and patience made all the difference. They took the time to explain everything clearly, treated me with genuine care, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way.
It’s rare to experience this level of service, and I am beyond grateful. Stanton Optical has earned the highest rating I can give—and my sincere recommendation to anyone looking for outstanding care.
