Received glasses in a timely manner. Took advantage of BOGO single vision offer. Great price. I visited the Nprth Little Rock, AR location in 2026; I used the title Rock location in 2021. NLR is a new location, it is closer to my home.

Staff was amazing, very kind and explanatory during the entire visit. Glasses are adorable! I’ve never been in and out of any appointment so quickly. And that price!!! This chick will be back!!!

Price higher than advertised. I paid to have my glasses shipped to my house. One pair is in route to me. The other pair was shipped to the store. Delivery date was off by 5 days. Not a happy customer.

The air was out!! The store should have been closed or at least have a sign on the door indicating no AC. It was 91 degrees inside the store and even hotter outside. There was an okay selection but they had even more selections of the 2/$79 in the drawers under the shelves instead of having them displayed which was frustrating just because there were other options that I would have had the opportunity to choose from. It was so hot that I didn’t care what I was getting, I was just ready to go! Last year when I got the 2/$79 it included anti glare…this year it didn’t and I wasn’t made aware of that until checking out. That should have been made clear up front in big bold letters where it was easy to see and known ahead of check out because I was expecting to pay around the same price not an add’l $30 per pair. Speaking of last year…they guy acted like he didn’t know about the 2/$79 deal and tried to charge us over $100 for one pair for my son when I had just gotten 2 pair for myself a month before. Then when he rang up the 2nd pair it was “magically” 2/$79 like I told him it was. Based off that, I should not have gone back to this location but it was convenient. Def will NOT return to this location if I don’t have to. Also…my glasses from last year broke. Twice. The frame just cracked and the lens fell out. Non repairable. The first time they were able to order another pair. The second time was outside of the warranty and my script was expired so I just went ahead with the two pair again this year because I had also lost the second pair from last year. The last pair I had before I even went to Stanton was from Walmart and lasted over 5 years so I’m not inclined to come back at all.

I loved the girl who did my exam! She was nice. knowledgeable, efficient, professional, relatable, and provided extreme comfortability, which was no easy task, considering the air being out and it was 90 degrees inside the building! Get that fixed ASAP. It is not a good look, especially in a healthcare setting. Jimmie ordered my glasses and was very patient and accommodating while I tried to make up my mind. Doug made my glasses and was very easy to deal with. Overall it was a great experience. I will be back. And I do highly recommend Stanton Optical. Just get the AC fixed!

Jimmie was awesome! He helped us get glasses we loved and entertained my 3 kids in the process! All of which can be difficult to entertain. So thankful for their staff and their willingness to work with us! Will be returning!

The price was expensive for what I got , I don't feel like they figured my insurance correct , numbers didn't match what my insurance is supposed to cover , I got charged 50 dlrs for frame club and it was never mentioned to me or my wife just added. Makes me feel like I got taken advantage of. The eye test went grate no issues, all the issues came after I went into sales floor . I will pickup my glasses and won't be back . Very very disappointed

I had great customer service and the doctors were very professional. Very nice men and women for my eye exams and glasses purchasing experience. Uncle Jimmy the doctor and Dr. Stefen were super kind, patient, and helpful. Thank you all so much for your hospitality!

The staff was super nice and helpful. They had great deals on frames and my son and i were finished in around an hour. Then it only took 1 hour to get his glasses. Mine wil take a little longer becaause of my lenses, but overall we were very happy with Stanton Optical

Honesty Integrity… the bullying just to get the sale and not even going over the prices and options is low especially when in dire need for glasses. The fact that when you pick the glasses up they don’t even fit them for you just here you go well at least they give you a case you just might not get the frames you picked. What did I even pay for no explanation at all. Guess they got their sale!

It was easy to make a appointment and I love my glasses.
