I feel like I was not able to get the right prescription. I have astigmatism and since I’ve had astigmatism for many many years, I know how it works plus, I had a doctor that was a neighbor and he worked with me really well and trying to get the right prescription so that I could see correctly with the astigmatism because there are some advantages and disadvantages to having astigmatism, which I know, and I feel like this was not dealt with because the people that I actually associated with at the office were not a doctor. The glasses I have are not working for me. I cannot wear them because I cannot work and be able to see what I need to see. I haven’t gone back to return them because I’m really trying to figure out why an office would not have an actual optometrist there. And at least let you know when you sign up for the appointment that there will be no doctor on staff.

They were truly amazing my daughter…
They were truly amazing my daughter broke both of her backup glasses and we went in and was able to walk out in less than an hour with a new pair of glasses. We will definitely be back.

Don’t waste your time and money
Will never go there again and will tell every person I meet to avoid them too! Is it normal to pick up glasses and not have them fitted for you? For the salesperson to not even act like they care if the fit or lenses are correct? I guess I had already paid so their work was done. Altogether it was a lackluster experience. The purchase felt rushed and the sales people felt like amateurs. Tried Stanton because I saw an ad but will return to my regular office from now on!

I was told that it could take up to 2 weeks to pick up my glasses. They said I would be notified when they were ready. At the end of the second week I called into automated phone line and they said the glasses had been ready the week before and I didn’t get notified.
