When I went to pick up my glasses the lady just gave my glasses and walked away. But as she walked away she said if you need some adjustments come back for free adjustments. She did not stand there to make sure I didn't need anything. Thats not how I was treated from my previous visits.

One pair of the glasses I had done should have had a darker tint ..The others are fine

The entire process was easy !! We were in and out in about an hour and a half! We had to wait for our glasses about a week or so but that was expected! The staff is very professional and nice !!!

I had the best experience in Stanton in Lubbock! Sara was amazing and helpful and answered all my questions. I had the worst experience in Clovis NM Stanton! Sara was able to represent Stanton optical and provide the best experience. Sara should train Clovis NM store for customer service to ensure they are just successful as Lubbock Stanton’s location!! I had a very frustrating experience with this office regarding my contact lens order. My order included a three-month supply and trial lenses. When my mom picked them up for me, she was given both boxes of the three-month supply, but only a trial lens for one eye. Since the full boxes cannot be returned once opened, the trial lenses are necessary before I can proceed, so she asked for the trial lens for my other eye.

At that point, staff told her that I had already picked it up and refused to provide it. This does not make sense, as I would not have picked up a trial lens for only one eye. The manager repeated the same claim without offering a solution. I later called the office and was told they would contact the company and follow up with me, but it has been about a week with no response or update.

Overall, this situation reflects poor communication and lack of follow-through from both staff and management. It was especially frustrating given that I have different prescriptions for each eye, so receiving only one trial lens is not appropriate. I would recommend confirming all items at pickup and advocating for yourself, as resolving issues afterward may be difficult. I do want to note that I have not had any issues with the eye exam itself, only with the customer service related to ordering contacts.
