I did an appointment and placed an order for my glasses. It’s been a month & im still waiting on part of my order. I only received one pair of glasses even though I payed for two. I have no updates about my order, and when I called two weeks after I received my 1st pair she said it was being shipped and I still have yet to get an update. Horrible experience for me. Still waiting for my glasses by the way.

The prescription was incorrect
The prescription was incorrect, I brought it back to get it fixed. The branch manager does not know how to read it correctly. He keeps saying the reading glasses is my distance & vice versa ..the distance is my reading
I asked him a question & he refused to answer it & said I am doing to refund you. My question is " according to you, why is my distance blurry & but I can read at close distance, & why is my reader clear at a distance but blurry when I try to read?"
So i had to start from scratch at another branch. They confirmed the prescription was incorrect & it takes 2 weeks to make my new glasses ( too long for a single prescription in plastic)
