The whole staff was very professional and courteous to me and everyone else. Great people at the location on Kingston Pike, Knoxville near West Town Mall.

The staff was friendly and explained when my glasses would be ready. They were helpful adjusting them, especially Kristina who allowed me to pick up my glasses 10 minutes before closing. I was able to be out 2 minutes before closing even after she adjusted by glasses. Her manager was also helpful with info, but I did not get his name. Thank you again!
