Helpful, friendly staff gave clear directions and set expectations. Their selection of frames helped me choose an appropriate one. When I received my glasses, I felt something wasn't quite right, and they took care of the issue, retesting and sending out for corrected lenses. Turnaround beat their expectations and they kept me informed throughout. Positive experience at the Farragut location.

It wasn't very widely known, or even known at all, that all eye doctors are not on campus for this location. I would not have made an appointment with Stanton if I would have known I would be waiting on a doctor somewhere else to read my test and give me information. It did not allow me an opportunity to ask questions or share information to why I wanted an eye exam.

This is a horrible experience that is s still ongoing! Three tries and one pair of $300 plus glasses still are not correct. They keep trying to send me home with glasses that I can’t see out of and have never once admitted it has been because of their error. As a healthcare professional, I see that the manager has poor skills in both managing her shop and her clients. She is condescending and ai do believe it is not professional to call clients hon or honey.
Please feel free to contact for more specific information. At this point ai would just like a pair of glasses that I have already paid for, that I can see out of, and not have to keep going back another month and counting.

My eye exam was really good. The optician took her time with me and did not mind having to repeat "is 1 or 2 better" several times. The last 3 eye glass prescriptions (not at Stanton & costing a lot more) were incorrect and I ended up returning glasses at each provider. I was so excited to be able to see clearly with my progressive vision glasses from Stanton's!

I was lied to when I walked through the…
I was lied to when I walked through the door. I was told that there was a promotion that would “save” me $150 dollars. Turns out it was a rebate and they never explained how to get the rebate. I had to ask no less than 3 times how to get the rebate and was told “oh it’s just a gift card”. When I came back to get my contacts after paying $240, I had to ask again about the rebate and was given a QR code where I had to create an account, scan my receipt, take a photo of the products I bought, and after all of that, the website said I have to physically mail my receipt to some company in Michigan. It was 100% a scam from Stanton Optical from the moment I walked in the door. I would NOT have purchased my contacts from them if I knew this was going to be such a hassle, but I was told it was easy and would “save me money”. They SHOULD NOT be lying to people and scamming customers out of money. I will never be returning here and will tell anyone not to come here for service.

So easy. Picked out my 2 pair of frames, was measured and then got price. Two weeks later, I went in to pick them up. That took less than 10 minutes. They both fit great and I COULD SEE! Yippee!
