My daughter plays club volleyball and we were out of town at a 4 day tournament when she broke her glasses. Stanton was able to get her in within the hour and had her eye exam completed and glasses made within an hour. Their prices were extremely competitive, literally the least I’ve ever spent on glasses. Highly recommend them!!

It was a great experience. I was able to get exam, lenses and frames all in one day! Staff and service were great.

We lost son’s glasses on rollercoaster and they got us a new pair quickly.

I was helped out with a restyle when one of the frames I chose didnt suit me and the people on there are very nice. Very professional.

Communication could be a lot better at this establishment . It’s also disappointing that there is no actual doctor on site . You’re not speaking to anyone . I like it for the price but they have a lot to work on.

Thoroughly explained everything...patience with the elderly. Accommodating our luggage as we just arrived in country. Pleasant attitudes. Got our glasses promptly. Told us about other promotions. Great Experience!

I would like commend Joaris Bruno from the Kissimmee store. She was very professional with me and my wife and attended to our optical needs. I would highly recommend this establishment, she makes you feel like you’re family.

I really like Stand Opticals! This was my first time here, and I got two pairs of glasses. The staff treated me very well and fixed any problems immediately. The most important thing for me was how quickly I received my glasses — the service was fast and professional. I’m also very satisfied with my glasses frames, and everything turned out perfect. Highly recommend!

The staff over at Stanton Optical were very engaging with me and made finding the right pair of glasses seamless.My first time getting glasses and after wearing them my vision is crystal clear. Much thanks to Gerel and Joaris for helping me out.

The staff onsite was friendly and helpful. I was not confident with the optometrist performing the exam virtually through a tv screen. When I asked the tech that performed the pre-tests if they used a US based service, I was told she wasn't sure. Nothing was mentioned about my astigmatism which I have had for years. The tech did the usual pre exam and uploaded the results for the optometrist but it's not the same as someone physically looking at your eye. While they advertise great deals, there were very little options for the best advertised deals. I was told they did not have their full inventory in yet but the store was full of mid to high end options. I tried them this time but will find a local optometrist next year.

I’ve waited over a month and still didn’t receive a phone call for my order ended up calling myself to be told my order was sent back and had to be reordered . I’m still waiting to receive a call about my order.
