The Most Frustrating Anger Filled Experience Ever
Well I was in Kissimmee on vacation and visited the Stanton Optical there. The staff were very pleasant the overall visit was amazing, but the problem didn’t come until after I left. When filling out my forms I explained to the agent that was only there on vacation and will be leaving in a few days so I was told to just put down the address of the Air bnb and I did just that. The type of lenses that I would’ve gotten they didn’t have in stock at the time so I had to give the agent my shipping address, I even typed it In myself. A few days go by and now I’m back home I received an email saying that my glasses would be shipped to the AIR BNB why??? When I gave them my shipping address. I called for almost a week and a half trying to get ahold of someone in the store for the address to be changed before the glasses were actually shipped, finally I did. I spoke to an agent I won’t disclose her name and I gave her the address again and it was updated. She then assured me the my glasses would be shipped to the updated location. The following Monday I received an email saying that the glasses were shipped to the Air bnb. The frustration!!!! I immediately called and expressed my disappointment and frustration the customer service agent said that he wasn’t able to do anything on his end and that he’ll escalate the matter and someone will contact me in 24-48 hours. Guess what?, I have them 72 hours no email no phone call no nothing so I had to call them back where they transferred me to the store and that’s where I got my resolve. The pleasant agent by the name of Yari was very helpful. She even redid my glasses and had them shipped out that very same day Thank God for her. Overall as a first time customer I wouldn’t ever purchase from Stanton optical again!

Poor initial service, but issue was eventually resolved
The frame itself is great and much better than my last pair, which used to hurt my nose. However, the service regarding my lenses was disappointing. The first sales representative made two mistakes—initially dismissing my concerns about the lenses, then fixing the prescription but still leaving them incorrect while telling me I just needed to adjust to them. A week later, another staff member realized the lenses were cut at the wrong angle. She replaced them, and now my vision is perfect.

Same day glasses saves the day!
My daughter plays club volleyball and we were out of town at a 4 day tournament when she broke her glasses. Stanton was able to get her in within the hour and had her eye exam completed and glasses made within an hour. Their prices were extremely competitive, literally the least I’ve ever spent on glasses. Highly recommend them!!
