For start, that virtual exam is a disaster, workers not too professional how’s I was expected, they damaged my old frame during new lenses replacement and still not happy with the new glasses 🤓 almost paid 1,000.00 dollars but thank you so much😡.

Amazing, it was fast

I called ahead of time to verify that my daughters insurance was accepted. I was told yes. Then when i got there, i was told they do accept her insurance, but she doesn't qualify. So i said ok, fine, I'll do the 2 for $75 as advertised. Again I was told no she doesn't qualify for that. so the glasses were $177. I was hesitant, then told she qualifies for the 2 for $197. Since it was $20 more for the 2nd pair, i decided to just do it.
The next day i wasn't feeling right about it and called the insurance company. They said she should have been qualified for 2 free pairs and they were probably taking advantage of me. So i called customer service to try to re-verify the ins or return the glasses. First they offered me a 30% credit. NO! I dont need a 30% credit! Then they told me the manager would call me the next day. I'm still waiting, over a week later.

$200 for 2 pairs of glasses that should have been free. even if, for whatever reason her insurance wasn't accepted, I don't understand why she didn't qualify for the ADVERTISED price of 2 for $75.

La atención del personal es muy buena pero la calidad de los cristales es terrible. Si llevas tú el marco es malísimo lo que hacen con los cristales L. Para que queden bien tiene que comprarle a ellos los Marcos..

I felt like the virtual Dr was annoyed with me and impatient. Everytime I asked her to go back with the lenses it felt like an issue, so I finally stopped asking.

I got to admit, the state of the art facility took me by surprise. There’s no physical doctor on site which threw me off because I’m very old school and that’s what I was accustomed to. Your doctor is remotely but let me tell you, with today’s technology EVERYTHING WAS ON PIN POINT. Customer service was incredible and the complete experience from start to finish couldn’t be better. I highly recommend to everyone

Doing the Eye check up virtually was cool but didn’t work. When I complained I couldn’t see good with new glasses they gave me an explanation which made no sense. They at the time didn’t offer to re-do them. Mind you we paid $1,500 for my husband and my glasses. I had to go get checked at another place pay again and bring back a different prescription than what you guys had. The employees were very nice. And my husbands were fine.
