Friendly and knowledgeable techs. Very nice selection of frames, good quality, good overall price. Received before the date given . Paris was very helpful throughout the whole process. Thank you, I will be back again, and let others know this is so much better than ordering online.

I never received my glasses. I had to wait 2 hours to be seen and it was a remote doctor in Nicaragua, of which I was not told while waiting. The place also had a sewer leak and apparently plumbers don't work on Saturday so the whole place smelled and there was no restroom availability.

Dealing with Kim during the process of getting my new glasses was great and they turned out really good. To tell you the truth, at other places I’ve bought glasses I’ve felt ripped off price wise, but not here. You’ve got some good help. Take care of them!

I can not see out of the glasses at a far . I was told ! It takes time to get use to . All I wanted is a pair of glass with bifoces lens s at the bottom of the lenses . I cannot even drive with them . I'm going back to the store to see if thy . Will do it right.. that's all I ask..Hope thy can fix the problem...!! ?

The company's staff is very courteous, patient, and professional. I was notified that my glasses were ready, and they were as expected with no issues, complications, or adjustments. This will be my primary go to place for my eyecare. Kudos to the staff at Stanton.

Miss Kim was awesome and her trainee did a great job. Both the male staff were great as well. The glasses were completed in time and correct.

It would havew been 5 Stars, but my second pair of glasses didn't arrive with the first pair. Another trip, but the folks at Stanton stated that they would get right on it.

Ordered 2 pair trifocals with progressive (no line) lenses
2 weeks later went to pick up same and found lined trifocals.
Said they'd send them back and I'd have to wait another week or more.
I will say the staff was very friendly.and cooperative thru it all

I was thoroughly satisfied with the entire process. The eye care center was on top of it and did an excellent job. The lenses are a little pricey but Nakia helped me out a lot. Customer service was great. I am very satisfied with my glasses.

I ordered two pairs of glasses . I only received 1 pair. I came to Staton because they are having buy one get one free. I even picked out the second pair. I came into the office to pick up my glasses. Like I said they only had 1 pair. Im very upset. I will not come back. You just lost a customer.

The Staff and New Manager were awesome they addressed my need for a new eye exam due to my vision had changed. I couldn’t be more happier with Stanton Optical keep up the good work. ❤️

This company is a scam. Your advertising is FALSE!
The entire experience was horrible. I had an appointment at 11am. I didn’t get seen until 1pm. As I was getting my pre-screening, going from one chair to the other, I was heard the guy say $39.99 and then I moved to another chair and I heard $39.99 AGAIN.Luckily, I quickly asked if that was part of the”FREE” eye exam. He then explained to me NO. I then declined to PAY for the particular testing, which was ALREADY done, and moved on to the actual eye exam. To my surprise, there wasnt a physical doctor on site. My “FREE” exam was from a “telehealth”, stay at home doctor!!! Fine, OK, must be because it’s a “FREE” eye exam, the term FREE I use lightly!! Since I had to wait 2 hours for my “appointment” I had already pick out 2 pair of frames, which I understood was 2 pair of glasses with a “FREE” eye exam. I pick out 2 frames which were the same price ( yellow tag or something) I sat down ready to get them and the total was OVER $500. Because I couldn’t afford that, I went down to 1 pair of glasses and my total was STILL over $300. I looked at the receipt and I paid $115 for an eye exam and nearly $200 for my 1 pair of glasses.your company nickeled and dime me, the customer, with false advertising. I felt like I was at a used car lot!!!! Obviously, your associates get paid on commission, because they were not going to lead me in ANY OTHER direction! I do not usually spend this much time, no, I NEVER write reviews! This experience was disappointing and I felt like I got SCREWED! I only made an appointment because of your promotion! Never will I be back and I am sure you do not care.
