The staff was very welcoming and did their jobs swiftly and effectively. I was in and out with new glasses and contacts in no time!

Great service, glasses priced well for your budget and store hours are accommodating for everyone whether morning or evening including weekends.

** As of 4-11-26 carrie the manager of this location helped resolve my issue, she sat with me and explained every promotion. She also apologized and explained every error that was made. I left very pleasantly surprised with the service she provided, with her as the manager at this location I will be returning when I need my next pair.

was misled and rushed through the entire process that was completely unprofessional. I had booked an appointment online for the $79 exam but showed up early. Instead of anyone checking the appointment, I was directed immediately to the exam room then told its actually $108 by someone in jeans and a hoodie who I thought was another customer at first. I had asked after the exam about the frame club and what lens pricing was, but he only explained the club and was pushy about signing up for it. When looking for glasses afterward the salesperson kept pestering me, asking every minute or so if I'd found frames yet. I was holding some I was interested in but was still looking when he mentioned that the ones I had were part of the $79 BOGO deal. But when I sat down to get pricing it came out to over $1000 before discounts and was still $560 with the BOGO offer. I ended up getting only one set of glasses and spent WAY more than the ads and salespeople initially led me to believe, but was still charged for lens add-ons I specifically told them I didn't want because they wouldnt show me the cost breakdown until after I paid because they were so pushy and rushing me to make the lenses right then.
I will not be going back and would recommend anyone going to not agree to anything until everything is priced out completely otherwise you'll get spammed with add-on fees and hidden costs.

My first visit the glasses were not correct. When I went in expecting to get an argument, I didn’t get one. The manager spent a lot of time with me and remeasured me. The new glasses are perfect.
It’s not often these days for a company to right a wrong so easily. 5 stars.

Staff was great however we came in to try their buy one get one sale in the whole shop there was maybe 3 frames that would work for that sale the rest $90 or higher. I have to spend a lot on lens for myself and son and not looking to pay that high for frames. I also never got a call or text the glasses were ready I called in to find out they were ready

Prescriptions wrong, placement of bifocals wrong. Glasses were sent back three times over the same scratch took almost 2 months to get my second pair of glasses

Wonderful service! Friendly and professional staff. They helped me pick out my glasses and took their time listening to what I wanted. Great frame selection… can’t wait to buy another pair!
