Overall an amazing visit. The $79 special was honored without a penny added. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The staff was quite knowledgeable concerning the products offered at the company. The scariest thing I might say is the TRY ON part of the process. Several people were TRYING ON but I didn't notice sanitation immediately afterwards which was hhhhmmmmm unacceptable to say the least. The virtual optometrist was a surprise as well
The equipment used was state of the art. The assistant assisting with that process sanitized the equipment before and afterwards... I watched and can attest. Overall I have recommended several people to this business because of the social climate of the establishment.

I liked that I was only client, so now wait for assistance, but 2 employees could not locate glasses. Eventually they were found and I was asked how they felt and if I wanted a,mirror.
I'm used to being asked to read vision cards or something at other vision centers. This was my 1st Stanton visit.
I was just given a case, asked to sign and bye, bye!

There were not many frames to choose from that were from the promotion !!!! , the attention of the girl who gave me the exam was excellent and when I removed the glasses this Saturday too.

It was a very welcoming environment. Didn’t feel rushed at all. I wanted contacts but the doctor explained that due to the dry pockets in my eyes, contacts really wouldn’t be the best choice right now. So I opted for glasses. I also started the MiBoFlow treatment. With just the first session my eyes felt more hydrated.

I disliked the way the exams are being made via video call and with an assistant. Also we were given some scary information and were referred to an optometrist for a check up that we usually get with our regular eye appointment, but we had to pay extra for that other appointment as well as this one. I also saw that we DID get charged for the appointment even though it says no charge with purchase of glasses. Another thing I called to ask if they do same day glasses and was told yes but turns out it’s not like that we waited 10 days.

Friendly staff and great experience

Although the staff is AMAZING which is the reason I keep coming back. The glasses itself arent great quality. So unfortunately this was my last year with the company. Ive decided to go a different route.
There wasn't a specific date of any incident. Just quality isn't good

I was warmly received when I first arrived and insurance options checked. My eye exam was surprisingly quite thorough and well explained. I never felt pressured to do more than I was prepared to spend. The technicians and all the staff treated me kindly and respectfully. There was a generous display of affordable frames and the BOGO sale of 2 frames for one price was ideal. My order came in a timely fashion and fit very well. I would suggest, since there were many new customers, that there was more staff available or that the online or in-person appointments provide peak traffic times to avoid any long wait times. Overall, I was quite pleased with my first visit to Stanton Optical and would gladly recommend their site and services.
