The best service I've received, within 3 hours from the moment I was tested until the glasses were in my hand.

My glass is broken. I got a replacement pair and it's so I was there. I ordered a second pair to make sure that if my air broke again I could have a second pair. Went to pick him up in the replacement pair. I could see perfect the second pair. It was like the lenses were cut wrong. I couldn't see nothing. It was completely blurry. They told me I must wear them for 5 days. It's their policy to get used to them. I understand when you get in your prescriptions you have to get used to them but this is the same prescription. They tried to tell me because the lenses were just a little different which I can understand that too. But looking straight through the middle I still cannot see they were blurry. I could put on my broken pair and the other replacement pregnancy perfect. They told me I have to accept these. I did not. I think they're cut wrong and then they told me it's up to their manager. I paid $800 for the glasses, if they do not make them right I'll just call my credit card company. I have my own businesses and I understand when people don't understand things, but under this circumcience if the prescription's the same, I can understand if the frames are a little off that you would have to get used to the outer part. But if you have a backup pair of glasses, they should be the exact same as prescription as the ones that you have on right that second that were cut by the same prescription. Not very happy with the results. Thank you

Your company needs to tell people that they won’t see a doctor in person and that Bogo you have but I wanna get one free. It’s not true and your prices are outrageous. Even when you have insurance your prices are just ridiculous. I thought I was coming in and I would get at least something for my money but since I need glasses, I just had to pay what I need to pay that you say the price for my glasses was stop faking people please

Super fast and efficient. I had an emergency where I needed glasses in order to pass a medical eye sight test. I came in without appointment, from start to finish including glasses it was around one hour.

Everything was fast and convenient, no lines, walk in welcome store in Dania.

I have ordered 2 glasses which cost me over $630 which included transitional lenses . After waiting over 2 weeks one came in and I went to pick it up and the lenses wasn’t transitional and I was told it wasn’t included which they were wrong otherwise I wouldn’t have spent over 630 for glasses . I have received the second one but they don’t have any cases that would fit my classes .
