When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted very nicely by a woman named Veronica. She showed me where to go for my eye exam and afterwards helped me pick out a pair of glasses and made sure the measurements were right since I wear bifocals. She suggested other things that I would like also. The eye exam was very thorough. Overall a very nice, stress free experience.

I had an amazing experience at Stanton Optical in Greenville! From the moment I walked in, everyone was so kind, welcoming, and professional. The staff took the time to answer all of my questions, made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. The staff was friendly but not happy with glasses
The staff was friendly and very welcoming.
The eye exam seemed rushed and I was not clear on what she was asking me sometimes.
The frame prices were reasonable but deceiving because all of the frames in store had thinner lens which are not the standard lens that come in the glasses.
The bluelight coating that come on the glasses are NOT anything close to what is shown on the ones in store!
If you get single vision with standard lens its a fair price but add-on's are ridiculous

My second time and it's always great !
I had a wonderful experience from the exam to getting my contacts. It was my second time getting my eye exam here and i decided to get contacts . And the staff and manager were great , very attentive. They even taught me how to wear contacts for the first time.

Staff was very nice and helped me work within my budget. I came in as a walk in and it did not take them long to get me on my way with a nice pair of glasses.

When I picked up my glasses they didn’t…
When I picked up my glasses they didn’t take time to see if they were fitting properly. Just said they look nice and to call with any questions and sent me on my way. Glasses are too tight on my heart very uncomfortable. Ear pieces don’t even go around my ears they just stick straight out. Nose pieces are even set the same. Should have done some adjusting before sending me on my way.

Amazing Staff and Quick Service
The staff was amazing and took care of my husband and I very quickly. Even better, we left the same day with our glasses! My husband also got contact lenses and the staff were very patient and understanding while he learned how to use/apply his new contacts.

Glasses just as expensive as the old doctor's office, thought we were saving money by going there. Glasses don't fit right, side cockeyed, arrived 3 weeks later than it said on the on-line system. The recording said glasses were there, but they said they were not. Could not reach the store, kept forwarding my call to a foreign country, where they only had the screen to go by.

I like that they where kind: I dislike because they didn't notify my daddy when my eye glasses came in;also I dislike that by wearing these glasses leaves 2 red marks on each side at the top of my nose where the eyes glasses sits on
